We know that the name of this site is a bit weird, but if
you read the blog below then you will understand why we chose it as our name for the site.
Dave the Duck was a male Mallard duck discovered on the corner
of St. Charles and Brunswick Boulevard, in Kirkland. He had made his home for the spring an a mini-pond. More-or-less, it
was really just a very big puddle that had set on the ground during the spring rains. For some strange reason, Dave wasn't
baothered by the noisy cars that passed by, and the recent city buses that came at regular intervals and stopped right by
him, as he was always near the bus stop.
